Every project starts with your artwork and requirements. The images below illustrate selected stages from different coin and medal projects. For badges, lapel pins, and tie clips, tooling, finishes, and attachments are adapted to the confirmed design. The production route depends on the material, shape, relief, and finish agreed for your order.
STEP 01 · DESIGN
Artwork & Design Approval
Share your logo, sketch, or reference image. We review the size, shape, wording, relief, edge details, and preferred finish with you. For sculpted designs, a 3D model helps show how raised and recessed details will look.
The design and key specifications are confirmed before tooling begins, giving your project a clear starting point.
STEP 02 · TOOLING
CNC Mold Making & Forming
The approved design is translated into tooling. CNC machining creates the shapes, lettering, and relief details needed for the selected production method.
Once the tooling is ready, the metal pieces are formed using the process suited to the material and design. The photograph shows mold machining, rather than a finished coin.
STEP 03 · FINISHING
Surface Finishing & Coloring
The metal surface is prepared for the finish selected for your project. Depending on the design, this stage may include polishing, plating, antique effects, color filling, or printed details.
Raised metal, recessed areas, and color accents work together to bring out the design. The medal example illustrates color work; coin finishes are selected to suit each order.
STEP 04 · FINAL PREPARATION
Final Checks & Packing
Appearance, color details, and any attachments are checked against the confirmed requirements before packing. Packaging is arranged to suit the product and its intended presentation.
Tell us whether you need individual bags, coin capsules, presentation boxes, or another packing option. We discuss the packing and shipment requirements as part of your quotation.
